Told we could bring wine onboatd. Luggage not delivered. Spent an hour tracking it down. Would not deliver to our room...had to do it myself Unacceptable. Diamond club perks were good..

Royal Caribbean needs to provide transport to Phillipsburg. $7.00 per person is absurd. Also, if ship is not near water shuttle, provide shuttle to pier.

You have to carry it on. They tell you in your cruise documents that they'll retain any checked bags with wine in your cruise documents, I believe.

They will quarantine luggage that fails security checks (irons, beer, other things on their contraband list). Not everything is caught, so it is a luck of the draw.

Not sure of this situation, but if you do bring wine, put it in carry on, not checked luggage
