Royal Carribean would not work with us and change our embarkation date. We did not want to go to these ports, because we had been there 3 times already. Only went because could not get a change or refund. I will not use Royal Carribean again!

Review summary

I was disappointed that we did not get to go to St. Kitts, San Juan, or St. Martin. We had been 3 times to all the ports but Haiti. I was very dissapointed that Royal Carribean would not work with us and change our departure date to later so we could visit the original ports-of-call. The personnel we talked to were very obnoxious and not very helpful. Due to this, I have no intentions of cruising with your cruise line again. Will & Diane Patterson
