Review summary

Great way to cross the Atlantic. Ship's staff could not be more accommodating and RCI did it it right. Only complaint would be that the Cruise line needs to increase staffing at customer service desk.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Great, very efficient and well handled by RCI.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Very clean and ship was well laid out and easy to find where you wanted to go.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Good size room. Bath was neat and clean, however, drain in shower was not working properly and maintenance did a good job and fixed quickly.

Ship tip

It is a large ship and I would learn the layout the first day.

Ports of call

Barcelona, Spain

5 out of 5
Arrived three days before cruise. If you are there early, Montserrat is a must visit.

Cadiz (Seville), Spain

5 out of 5
Great place to take bus tour and then walk the city.

Tenerife, Canary Islands

4 out of 5
Did hop on hop off bus tour. Very nice way to see the island.

Las Palmas, Gran Canaria, Canary Islands

4 out of 5
Did city tour through RCI. Spent too much time in first city and not enough time in second city. But it was a good tour.

Santa Cruz De La Palma, Canary Islands

4 out of 5
Great port. Guide not too talkative, but island tour on bus well worth the time.

Ft. Lauderdale (Port Everglades), Florida Did not visit port

Drove home. Used to live there.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Very efficient and well handled by the ship's staff. Breezed right through immigration.
