Review summary
Overall it was a very nice. We have been on many cruises over the last 15 years and have noticed the service and overall experience has declined over the years. This is true for all the cruise lines. Royal Caribbean use to be a upper class more bang for your buck cruise line, now I feel it compares to Carnival except for the price. I would not pay a higher price for the same ports and duration than Carnival after cruising on the Freedom of the Seas. I have cruised on the Oasis of the Seas and it is worth the extra money because of the amenities offered throughout the ship. I don't like paying extra for all the new restaurant varieties and the up-graded coffee and ice cream selections. There also needs to be a larger variety of sugar free items for those of us not able to eat high sugar/calorie decadent deserts.

Ship tip
would like to see areas with umbrellas for shade by the pool like on the Oasis. This helps when the sun gets to be too much for some. Food was better in the buffet as the dining room. Hated carrying around my beverage cup to use the beverage machines. Maybe come up with a better idea.
