Review summary
I knew that the Freedom was going to be a step down from the Oasis in terms of facilities but didn't expect the service to move in that direction as well.
Notable exceptions were Tanya and Raj as our table waiters - excellent. As well as the Coffee bar staff.
Entertainment - ok. Although the Bingo / Sing that song entertainer had a ego that was incompatible with fun.
We chose the Owners Suite - 1334 - which was great except that it was directly under the ladies toilets outside the Windjammer - Note to self check this out next time!
The general bar service was mediocre - perhaps it has something to do with the uptake on the drinks packages and that they automatically get 18%. I'd much rather give 25% for great service and 5% for poor.
