1st impression and the last impression are important to our family. This was the 1st time cruising with Royal Caribbean, we found the food was bland in the main dining. The windjammer had the best tasting food, buffet style. However, it open from 7am- 11am, 11:30am-3:00pm, 6:00pm-9:00pm. RC need to extend the hour of operation for Windjammer. After shore excursions we rush back to have lunch. and if you see evening shows at 7:00 pm or later. Windjammer closed at 9:00pm. After 9:00pm there are two cafe on promenade, you are forced to eat pizza, cold sandwich or drink hot tea or coffee which are too hot to drink and no cup sleeves. We went to bed hungry 5 nights out of 7. We did eat at few restaurants on various Island which each time it cost us over $20.00 a person or more just to eat lunch. So, we would start hurry back to have lunch at Windjammer. Most disappointment of all our cruise photo disc is damage. Send 5 emails still waiting for the support staff to come up with a better solution to resolve this matter. The Link they send me will not open EXE file. I requested a new Cruise Photos disc to be forward to my address. I hope Royal Caribbean will honor my request.

evening shows - loved all the shows did not miss any of them. The comedy shows keep me laughing from begin until the end great job by Ross Bennett purchased his disc. Magic show was awesome G. Thomas. Shows are the best part on the ship.
Children's Programs
1 out of 5
The children were out of control through the whole cruise. This were the worst children I ever saw on a cruise. Especially after 9:00 pm. Children were play fighting at Cafe Promenade and the staff did nothing. Finally older brother of children came in cafe made them stop. Children ran up and down the hallway knocking on stateroom door and running away. Have to call security. Also, saw high school holding his eye because middle school sucker punch him. Security were trying to find out why. The cruise ship had curfew for the children . These out of control children ages ranging from eight up to mid teens, they were girls and boys who did not follow the curfew. Where were children parents!

Ship tip
Main dining food were too bland, menu selection were limited. Windjammer had the best tasting food, buffet style. Open 7:00 am-11:00am ,11:30am-3:00 pm & 6:00- 9:00 pm. After shore excursions need to rush back to have lunch. See any shows at 7pm or later. Forced 2 eat pizza, cold sandwiches after 9PM.
We drove down and stay at the Country Inns & suites of Carlson. Room was clean, the breakfast was step up from continental breakfast. Got you through the morning.
The island have great shore excursions, zip line was awesome. purchase your souvenir from Artisan's Market it is not over priced. Do not purchase souvenir from music bands along beach , street or other shops outside the Artisan's Market they will over charge you for the same T-shirt in the Market.
Do not purchase any t-shirt or handcraft item in the air condition shop. The native give you a better deal, look for the shops that look like a grass huts. You can bargain with the owner. They will give you a better deal. Also, found Del Sol t -shirt for $15.00 for an adult and $12.00 for children in a hut type shop in the Grand Cayman.
Got the best prices on souvenir in Cozmel. Ask owner to give me their best price on souvenir. However, went purchasing more than one T-Shirt the owner will try to switch a t-shirt that is not selling well. Also, they will try to switch the size of t-shirt. Have the owner of the shop open up the t-shirt to display it and you check the label for the correct size.
So in the 13 hour period food is available for 9.5 hours and you can't find your way to get food? That is a new one on me. Those hours are about the same for all cruise lines so I don't know what you are looking for. Maybe you should just go find a 24 hour buffet on land and hope there are things to do nearby.
I noticed you posted a lot of reviews. Telling us where to shop and who not to. Your upset about hours of food being served, and your pictures. I hope you have a Happy New Year.
It also helps to be aware of your body's need for food. Try not doing so many activities that you don't make time for food when it's available. Unfortunately, the world doesn't revolve around us, we must adapt and enjoy the blessings of life as they come 😊
