Review summary

After cruising on "Carnival" for the past several years, we made the decision to check out "Royal Caribbean" and so glad we did! The 2 companies are so different from each other and our experience on Royal Caribbean was so much more enjoyable. From the people/Staff on the ship to the food/entertainment and cleanliness - Royal Caribbean is the only way to go from now on! You may have to pay a little more, but you get what you pay for.

Thank you Royal Caribbean for the best cruise vacation ever!

Everyday was the same food. The food was good but would have liked to have had more variety in the Jade and the windjammer food areas

Was always cleaned at times that worked for our schedule. Never interrupted and very pleasant staff.

Ship tip

The pool deck was very enjoyable, great music and the games were fun to watch. Would like to have had more choices of sandwiches and pizza's. Johnny rockets would be more inviting if you didn't have to pay for the items. Overall a great ship!

We will definitely go back to Royal Caribbean cruise line. We went on Freedom of the Seas (great ship) last year and LOVED IT!! We made the mistake on going on the Norwegian Escape for this Thanksgiving and will never go on that cruise line again! No comparison to Royal Caribbean!

I went on RC after cruising many Carnival even though was a nicer ship and awesome staff but I kind of like more carnival when it comes to the party feeling from the time you board, it was more quieter on RC,waitress tdidn't make the crazy dances carnival does at the dining rooms, from the time you board in carnival they got music going on they do the late night Mexican food frst which RC didn't do, RC it just make me feel not so much like the partying ambient carnival has, also RC has only one pizza place open 24 hrs and tiny little slices offered not good pizza either, carnival offer better pizza and they aslso offer sandwiches and many areas around the ship to get coffee at anytime for those late night munchies which RC pretty much don't, one coffee joint and one pizza joint
