"Very enjoyable cruise"

Sail Date: September 25, 2011

Reviewed: 5 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

This was our second trip on the Freedom and did enjoy it as well as the first time.
Continue the good work.
The staff was excellant, especially the "Express Check In", we could not believe how quick and helpful everyone was compared to previous check in's.
Liked the invitations to the Captain welcoming party, especially for Platium & Emerald members.
The Captain was very nice, and spoke to people just as if he were one of us. No false pretense.

Pros: the promeade & the shows

Cons: Dinner menu choices & Port of St.Thomas had a lot of noise all day

Recommends Freedom of the Seas? Yes!

Ship Quality
Food and Dining
The food quality was good, but the main menu was not very good as far as selection.
Do not appreciate any comedy that uses off color jokes or ethenic jokes.
But most shows were entertaining, especially dancers, very talented
The ice show was best.
Cabin / Stateroom
Our room attendant, Wesley as outstanding in every aspect.
Service and Staff
Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas
Too noisey, too much loud music, could not enjoy sitting on our balcony to read.
Don't Miss: none
