Great Cruise on Freedom of the Seas

Sail Date: July 10, 2011

Reviewed: 5 years ago

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Balcony

Excellent service from our stateroom attendant, Salil. The waiter, Kerone and assistant waiter, Jesus were absolute gentleman with great senses of humor. Nadia from the Spa was a real lifesaver in giving us an overall explanation of the ship's services, most importantly the dinner options. Sabrina in guest relations was so patient and accommodating with planning our excursions.

Pros: Being Pampered by the Crew and Stafff

Cons: Not being able to press my own clothes
