Review summary

We have been on 5 cruises before and this ship was just WOW! We did have a balcony this time and we will never go to anthing less... Its the only way to cruise now! We loved the shows, very theatrical! and loved just hanging out on the pool deck! Dinner at the portofino was just delicious one night, next time we will do both specialty restaurants! There wasn't anything on the ship we didn't like it was just great! Oh and to top it off... My boyfriend proposed to me on the bow of the ship!!

We loved the dining room and the 8 top at the dinner table, our companions were very nice and frendly. Would have liked to have been able to understand the waiter more hard to understand accent, the asst. waiter was very good! Cabin steward was wonderful!

Chuka river white water rafting was awesome!! very relaxing and exciting at times! Although the ride up the mountain was a little treacherous in the van/taxi.

We didn't have any excursions planned at this port, so we shopped and then at the last minute, took a tour of the island which was great!! We went to Tortuga rum cake factory, Hell, Dolphin encounter, and rode around the city the tour guide was great!

Pros: The ship was just beautiful and so big!! The shows, pool deck, flowrider and promenade was just beautiful!

Cons: We liked everything on board!

Recommends Freedom of the Seas? Yes!
