Cruise good. Royal Caribbean does not honor prepaid Gift Cards and right before the cruise incorrectly removed the Casino Royale award and threatened to cancel my kids cruise. Was unwilling to address and forced us to pay immediately to not lose the trip. Very unprofessional.Embarkation
