Prima in Star Lounge is great and Benard in R Bar is great! John my room stew was overwhelmed with work and didn't get things I really needed ie an extension cord and water for my travel buddy. They were requested months, weeks, days and night before we cruised but, still didn't care just disappeared until the following day.
