I had an overall a great time on my first-ever cruise! Would definitely recommend not only going on a cruise but using to book it!
Embarkation
5 out of 5
Everything was seamless and shockingly quick. The staff was very pleasant.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
I didn't visit any of the specialty restaurants so I can't speak to those. But food in the main dining rooms as well as the buffet were really good. There was no lack of options! I like that there was at least one place open late at night to grab a bit too.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
I was in the pool or one of the many hot tubs at least once a day! The fitness center was adequately equipped. Went rock climbing and mini golfing on my last day and I regret not having done it sooner. My friends and I didn't get to try the wave rider but it seemed like a good time!
Entertainment
5 out of 5
I went to a game show on one of the final nights of my cruise and it was so much fun and very hilarious. The nightclub was poppin the first night haha, but the dj's music choices the following night weren't my speed (they didn't seem to cater to all cultural groups of attendees) so it became less enjoyable to go.
Children's Programs
I do not have a child
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Everyone was so pleasant! It was really nice to have your name remembered. There was no staff I encountered that didn't seem to enjoy what they were doing.
Ship Quality
4 out of 5
The common areas were definitely clean and well-maintained, but the layout of the ship was a bit inconvenient sometimes where you have to make sure you're at the right end of the ship before going up or down on the elevator or else you won't be able to access the place you're going and will have to go either up or down then cross over to the other end.
Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
The size was good. It was nice to get upgraded to a larger room with a balcony. And it was always clean thanks to our stateroom attendee. The fixtures just seemed really outdated.
