Review summary

The food is much better on the Carnival ships i have been on. It was so frustrating for them to sell you a drink package for some $70 + tax and then they never had any kind of soda except orange and flavored water. When they sent you to a bar tender to fill your glass, the bar tenders were not happy or nice about having to fill you coke cup. There were multiple times and many many passengers complaining about the drink situation. Even in the Windjammer the machines were empty. I have asked for a refund for all drink packages.

I had no problems but I paid $42 for the drink package. You really should buy it before sailing. Onboard it was $60 plus gratuity. Granted one freestyle machine in the WJ was out of order but bartenders were pleasant at all bars. Must be my smile.
