Review summary

Side trips are overpriced. If you want soft drinks on this cruise, you must buy a special glass for $70. There is a $14.50 per person per day automatic gratuity charge to your bill. This is not a sun-lovers cruise. Temperatures in summer are very cool in this climate. We had plumbing and mold problems in our cabin.

I read the 14.50 per day is for gratuity and not part of our initial cost?

The 14.50 per day is if you purchase a soda package, which is not included and if you order it, you will see the price you are agreeing to before you hit add. All drink packages are extra as is the specialty restaurants.

Aren't gratuities included in the initial cost of the cruise? (18% if i remember correctly) What is the $14.50 pet day for?

You expected sunshine in the 2nd largest rainforest in the world?? Obviously you did not read very many forums before you booked this cruise. We had great weather with only one rain day..and Alaska in June.. 60's is average for temps. An AK. cruise is for the sceinary, glaciers and snow capped mountains, that you can't see in the sunbelt or caribbean. The mold is a different issue, hopefully they resolved that for you.

You should have used a good Travel Agent

Every cruise line charges for soda. You can either purchase by the glass from the bar or purchase the package if it’s something you drink on s regular basis. Where did you cruise to and when?? You have nothing on your profile which leads me to believe that you’re a troll.
