Overall we had a great time. We had some customer service snags which were never satisfied. I blame this on customer service staff nut having the proper authority to make decisions. We spent three hours on separate days dealing with onboard credit we were supposed to get and never did. Never resolved even though it was an issue created by Royal Caribbean.

The food in the dining room was always excellent. The Windjammer food was mostly great though breakfast lacked variety. We only went to one specialty restaurant for a mystery dinner theater experience. Chops Grill was excellent as was the show.
Onboard Activities

The saltwater pool was surprisingly warm. I did not do any other onboard activities because it was cold outside.
Entertainment

For the most part the entertainers were ok. I want blown away really by any of the guest performers. I did enjoy the shop entertainers.

Other than Guest Services, all of the staff from Cruise Director Staff to Cabin Attendants to withstand everyone was excellent and did great jobs.
Ship Quality

The ship was clean. I don't like the layout of the shop where the casino was. There wasn't an easy way to go around the casino except going up our down a level. It always smelled like cigarette smoke.
Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin and balcony was dated. The bed was horribly uncomfortable, mattress needs replaced. The balcony had a lot of rust and chips out of the wood on the railing. They did maintenance with painting and vanish during an at sea day which was annoying.
Ship tip
Each bar has a different especially drink so experiment and find what you like.
We just came back from a Alaskan cruise and there were a few rather big issues. The main one was the air conditioning wasn't working in our cabin for 3 nights. Every time we called a different person came and claimed to have fixed it although it obviously wasn't. After the third night we ended up calling the corporate offices and it was finally fixed and we did get credit.
Overall though it was breathtaking. The best part of all was the weather. Sunny and warm(for Alaska) with clear skies. We got some beautiful pictures.
