Review summary
This was my first cruise and I had a wonderful time. The trip out to Bermuda was pretty rocky and most people got sick but after that it was much better. Weather in Bermuda was bad so we did not get to enjoy the island. I don't think there was ever a time you didn't feel some rocking of the ship but it wasn't bad. Leigh and Frank were absolutely wonderful and made us laugh all the time. Shows could have been better but they were good. Food was excellent, Sayed, Stevenson and Simon were wonderful as our head waiter, assistant waiter and barkeep. They made our dinner wonderful.."yummy yummy calorie free" is what Sayed always said;) Windjammer cafe was good but could have used a better variety but the food was good. We went to Bermuda, St Maerten, San Juan and Labadee, Haiti. Our favorite was Labadee and wish we could have stayed longer. We are looking at another cruise on the Quantum but Labadee is first and we want to go to Labadee last...lol Going in and out of New York was convenient for us. The line to get to the ship was long and could have been handled a little better but getting off the ship wasn't bad except when we went to get our luggage all of it wasn't there and if it wasn't for a wonderful luggage handler we would have never found out suitcases. Can't wait to go on another cruise on Royal Caribbean!!Ship experiences
