Had a wonderful time!

Sail Date: March 27, 2009

Reviewed: 8 years ago

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Oceanview

We've cruised frequently with Royal Caribbean and I've always been impressed with the level of service offered by the lines and the cleaniness and friendliness of the staff. We've never been disappointed!

Pros: The ship and the itinerary

Cons: A little lack of communication with CruisesOnly

Recommends Explorer of the Seas? Yes!

Food and Dining
I have to say the food has "slipped" a little bit, but that could have to do with the economy right now.

Samana, Dominican Republic
Nice to have some shopping areas right by the port.
San Juan, Puerto Rico
A short walk to one of the forts was nice.
Labadee (Cruiseline Private Island)
This was good, but staff wasn't helpful in locating beginning of Dragon's Breath zipline when asked. The zipline in itself was incredible!
