Review summary

Holland is one our favs...nice entertainment, enough interesting things to do while at sea.  All staff were so kind and helpful. Jerrold and Topic were excellent stewards. Food was very good, too.  Being Christian we enjoyed the mass services. Services were offered for other denominations as well.

The one unprofessional aspect was the sudden change in the dining rules. There was a very large religious group who were given the priority to dine after 6pm thereby negating anyone else's access to the main dining room after 6pm, regardless of others previous arrangements.

The weather the first week was not good....29 mph winds for 3 days. Captain Wimmers changed course wisely to avoid harsh sailing. Ports were reversed and no seasickness was experienced.  Cudos to Captain Wimmer and crew.

As stated above cabin was spacious enough for 2, always well attended by Topic and Jerroll.

Ship tip

Happy hour consisted of buy one get another for $2. Missed $4 martini hour which Eurodam had the previous year.
