Review summary
Because we had cruised on Eurodam in 2014 we knew what to expect. The embarkation experience was much too long because we had to wait for quite a while before our group was called to board the ship, but the disembarking was excellent. The cabin and the cleanliness exceeded our expectations because our cabin stewards were excellent and always eager to communicate with us. We were however disappointed in the food in the Pinnacle Grill, Canaletto and Main dining room. The food in the Tamarind was excellent as well as the service and ambience. More specifically, the cuts of meat in the Pinnacle, Canaletto and Main dining room were tough and overcooked, unlike our experience in 2014. In 2014 our food was much better and the service in the Main dining room was more expedient. We loved the itinerary and ship decor. I would be hesitant to recommend this cruise to my friends. We had wonderful weather and truly enjoyed our ports.
