A: You can purchase a gallon of distilled water from the HAL ship's stores prior to the cruise, and they will have it ready for you in your stateroom. As I recall, it was around $4. And you can bring an extension cord in your CPAP case.

Q: I purchased a (Have it All) all cruise to Alaska for 2023. It included a specialty dining, drink package, etc. It is on the ship Eurodam in August. I can’t find the answers to what does that all include specifically. Is it just one dinner or specialty dining for the whole cruise? Does it include alcoholic drinks or just the refreshment package? Also, what does have it all mean on Holland America cruises? Thank you
