Great first cruise, will be coming back. Incredible service.

The food was cold in my fair lady and the solarium the staff was rude and unfriendly in most areas also most act like they didn't speak English and couldn't understand the staff in the casino was the worst and the staff in the solarium was just as bad

Hallway partiers kept us up 2 out of 3 night, but the cruise, the ship, and the staff made the rest of the experience extremely enjoyable. Especially love that life jackets are available at the towel station on the pool deck for littler swimmers!

Our family had such a great time, we are already thinking about our next cruise

Gained 5 lbs. Two teens boys eat like animals did not gain a pound.

There are definitely a lot of improvements and many can be learned from the NCL. There were so few dining options and the food was mediocre at best. Many times, we dreaded eating because of that. Also, with the current flu outbreak, CLEAN, CLEAN, and CLEAN everything from countertops to stair cases/walls, everything! My mother who came with us contracted the flu. She ended up in the ER when we arrived back home. She started feeling sick the day before we were set to disembark on Friday. I can only assume it was because of the lack of cleaning being done. We sanitized often on the ship and before/after meals, but she caught the damn bug anyway. Cleaning more often would have helped either control an outbreak or prevented this altogether.

We had a great time. The Staff and service was great as always.

Solid quick getaway for us without the kids. It was very crowded, and definitely a booze cruise / party ship. I didn't mind it but just not a top level of service ala our preferred cruise line which is Celebrity.

The Cruise was great. Our family really enjoyed it.

I had a wonderful time met new folks and one even lived 5 blocks from me.

Overall the cruise was good, it was mine and my husbands 25th wedding anniversary and we were supposed to have some sort of acknowledgement but never received any.

It was great service was excellent at our table 41 in my fair lady room clean All ways need mor actively for kids did not like the adult pool due to no kids because it was freezing on the pool side

Nothing special about this cruise. Ocean view cabin was not ocean view, just two small portholes behind the head of the bed. Room service was not worth the money. Room was over noisy equipment so I could not sleep. Bed was hard as a rock. You could stand on the bed and there would be no indentation. One half had a pit in the middle. Drink package made finding a waiter impossible. They will avoid you like the plague. Least favorite cruise out of the 11 RCCL Cruises I have been on.

Had the time of my life. Wonderful experience. Will definitely be taking another cruise in the future.

What else can I say. take a cruise on this ship and see for yourself.

It was a great relaxing experience that was surreal. I'm missing the peace of mind. Well back to life and back to reality .

We had a great time. This was a first time cruise for my boyfriend and he kept saying how much he enjoyed it, despite the feeling of sea sickness at times lol. But we had a good experience.

We had a lot of fun on our first cruise experience despite our first two days of liquid sunshine! However, "guest services" desk on deck 5 was one of the worst customer experiences that I've had in recent memory! Thank goodness for our servers for dining and accommodations!

Probably my last cruise with Royal. Everything closes at midnight. Not enough live activities. No night movies on the movies screen...
