I would recommend this ship. We had a wonderful lazy cruise.

This crew is especially friendly, Ship needs to be painted though; lots of visible rust. Also had water leak on dance floor and in Orpheum Theater. I noticed other ship lines in ports also needed painting. Onboard welcome letter offered free milkshake but it wasn't available on this ship. Therefore, offer shouldn't be in this letter - redo your form letter.

Good service, old boat,ok food....newer,larger ship is more for us.

Well worth the money. This is my favorite ship. Read the reviews. If you are retired and not traveling with children this is a awesome ship

Will cruise on this ship again. Only complaint would be the noise coming from the 9th (pool) deck at night. The bass and drums from the late night band will cause you to bring ear plugs next time.

Every part of my adventure on Enchantment of the seas was wonderful, staff, music, sitting on the balcony just seeing blue waters everywhere eyes closed. So peaceful. Thank you Next I will have to try a suite.

Just a joint to Mexico and back but was a trip of a lifetime and I have 2 more cruises planned

The cruise was amazing & so much fun!! The crew was amazing!! The ship was always clean!! I highly recommend this ship! Although small & older for a cruise ship it was GREAT!! I would definately sail Enchantment of the Seas again in a heart beat!!

Don’t believe reviews that it is a rust bucket. And, they are installing new carpet. We noticed several rolls of carpet stored at the front of deck 4. We loved this cruise.

Great relaxing vacation Wonderful service in all areas if ship. Did not use special restaurants Wind jammer only 1 time. Very crowded with guests. Prefer MDR or room service.

Had a great time and met some wonderful people! I think I prefer the larger ships, like Freedom class... But it was still fun.

For my very first cruise it was very exciting and worth every penny.

I read so much about the ship being old and rusty. There may have been a little rust, but everything was very clean and everybody was very helpful. We had a wonderful time!

We did our first B2B Cruise and loved every minute of it. We were treated exceptionally well on both cruises.
