This was the first time that The Key insignia was not on our set sail passes. We always get The Key. It caused confusion at the port for embarkation.

The organization of the main dining room was a bit different on this ship, really pushing people who don’t know each other to sit together. Not fun for me. However, once things got straightened out everything was great. The food was good at all the food venues.
Onboard Activities

Keep in mind that this is a smaller, older ship. The entertainment options are limited, but the staff made everything we did fun. I’m more of an introvert, so it suits me better to just lay by the pool and read.
Service and Staff

The staff is always the best part of every cruise. We adored our server team, Michael and Sylvia. The whole barista team was friendly, efficient and welcoming. The real stand out was Martina the customer service manager, she’s a wonderful person.
Ship Quality

The waste management system definitely could use an overhaul. Our toilet broke and we had to get a different room!
Cabin / Stateroom

We had two cabins because our toilet broke in day 3 and didn’t get fixed.
You have to expect the barkers and salespeople. That’s the same at every port. It is a lovely port and very clean. I’m going to eat on the ship next time though because we had tacos and they tasted like nothing.
