Review summary

When we got on board, we did not have a remote for our TV and took almost 2 days for someone to get us one. There seemed to be a lot of newer staff members that were unsure of how to interact with guests. Service in the MDR for lunch was absolutely terrible. The MDR for dinner was very good except for the amount of time it took to get our food and it was not very hot when we got it. The ventilation system in the casino is horrible, so if you have any breathing issues, you will not be able to spend very much time in there. If you are looking to get away and just relax, this is the ship to take.

Perfect for relaxing, not alot of activities like the larger ships. We went in this one to simply relax and did just that

I can’t understand why food temperature seems to be an ongoing problem. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

Glad you enjoyed most of it. The cruise lines are like most businesses in the world and struggling to hire enough qualified staff. I have seen several articles that said many of those that worked on cruise ships prior to Covid did not return once cruises resumed, so much of the staff is inexperienced and many leave after their first contract, so there is much more turnover now than previously.
