This was probably the best cruise we've experienced so far. I have definitely decided that I like the smaller boats because of the closer interactions. Can't wait to go again!
Embarkation

I was concerned about COVID protocols. Embarkation was well organized and went very smoothly.

Onboard Activities

Enjoyed the walking track.
Entertainment

Performances were good considering the small stage. I especially enjoyed Scott Harris' comedy routine.
Service and Staff

Our waiters for table 128 (waiter Rajat and assistance Alan) were EXCELLENT! They were attentive, efficient, and personable. The head waiter, Depak, was always moving throughout the dining room, assisting and speaking with guests to ensure they were satisfied. I've never experienced that on other cruises. It was an amazing experience. Our room steward, Abdul, maintained the room expertly. Things were always clean, the towels were always fresh, and he was so cordial. We never saw him without a smile on his face, and he always spoke and enquired about how our day was.

We were actually moved to room 4044. It was clean and efficient for the room size.
Ship tip
I am older. I have found that I eat considerably less than when I was younger. The wait staff was always concerned if I didn't eat all my food. They worried I didn't like it. I finally explained that I could eat every bite; I had to leave room for the next course. It might be more cost effective if half portions could be offered with the main entree. There must always be room for dessert.
I was concerned over the warnings about wearing camo made me uncomfortable, so we stayed on the boat and enjoyed the sunshine. I had previously cruised to Belize, and there were military with guns guarding the area where we disembarked. I didn't want a similar experience.
Thanks for sharing! We were to go on her 28 January, but cancelled due to the virus and all the hassle. Have same cruise booked in March. Barbados is lovely. The reason you can't wear camo is it is only for military. Many years ago, there were crimes committed by a group in camo, so it was outlawed afterwards. We did not see any military presence.
