Review summary

We really enjoyed our cruise! The price and the perks (onboard ship credits) were totally worth it. The ship was smaller and older then we are used to but we still had a good time

The only disappointment was that the buffet closed so early! What happened to the buffets being open all the time or at least until midnight?!

Glad you had a good cruise. Thanks for the great review. Back in the 1970s and into the 1980s, before the ships the late night bar/club options, ships would put out a special midnight buffet. This was usually on an outdoor deck and it would run for an hour to an hour and a half. When more people began frequenting the bars and clubs, the ships discontinued the midnight buffet.

I've been on numerous cruises and have never seen a buffet open until midnight.
