Was just okay for a long weekend, better than sitting home.

Review summary

Food in main dining room was pretty much served cold for the most part breakfast and dinner. The burgers served from the grill were inedible. The lobster served in Chops which there is an 21 dollar up charge was supposed to be a 1.5 lb lobster and I eat lobster out A LOT and this thing they served in there was barely a pound and was a frozen soggy mess for a supposedly a broiled lobster. The private island is also a joke I have lived in Florida my entire life and have been to beaches all over my state and all over the world for that matter and have NEVER been to a beach that you walk 300 yards of shore and still be in water below your knees even with that said some children did wind up in the ships clinic with jellyfish stings! The sand under the water had holes all in it from something that made it very hard to even walk and you had to be very careful to not turn an ankle. I seen numerous people walking stumbling around trying to keep their balance walking in less than knee deep water. Needless to say NO more Coco Key for us!

Said it was low tide and only had one door to exit from ran us up and down and round and around in a line of people that was a mile long dragging your baggage for the folks doing self disembarkation.

Why review the island when you are supposed to be reviewing the ship? 🤦‍♀️

We went on Enchantment in October and the food, service and coco cay were all awesome. You apparently are a very ungrateful person who should be appreciative of the opportunities you have. Maybe your next trip should be to church🤷🏽‍♀️

We did Enchantment in September and our experience was very good. One year we did Coco at low tide and will try not to do it again, but can't control the tide (we actually looked up the tide chart this last cruise). This time at Coco and we saw many jellyfish and even got within 6 feet of a four foot nurse shark. Can't control nature and we actually loved seeing the wildlife.

kencannon I notice that also. You would think someone wouldn't make the same mistake twice. Now for those who have never been on the Enchantment let me tell you I saw none of the problems hr4fsu1 complains about. We had a fantastic time on the Enchantment. The food was never cold no matter what time we ate. The shows were great as was the staff. It was because we had such a great time on the Enchantment that now a cruise is the only vacation we will consider taking.....

I had the lobster first of the month and it was amazing. CocoCay was beautiful. Next time rent a cabana. Beach there was very nice. Our food was always good in the dining room.

Amen , seacruiser92 said it all!

@hr4fsu1... If it was so bad... Why did you cruise on the same ship? And to Cococay two times in less than a month? Things that make you hmmm....

Sounds like you will be all-inclusive from now on when your vacationing.

Just another negative person in the world that can't be grateful for what they have. I'm sure those who are paralyzed would love to be able to walk out into the water even if it is below their knees. Nobody cares how much lobster you eat nor the beaches you have been to. Perhaps it's best you just stay home next time instead of putting up negative reviews that are so ridiculously pathetic.

Maybe that should be your last cruise where you had such a bad time.
