Ports of call

Port Canaveral, Florida

4 out of 5
I live here...The port is nice with many local restaurants. We’ll come here for dinner sometimes and just watch the ships leave, wishing we were on every one of them!

Nassau, Bahamas

3 out of 5
Been to Nassau many times...Still needs work. A lot of renovations are STILL going on (which is a good thing), but the locals are always “hounding and hovering” and I get it, it’s their livelihood, but sometimes it can be overwhelming.

Cococay (Cruise Line's Private Island)

4 out of 5
The island is going through a multi-million dollar renovation. It will soon become more of a “theme park” and have less of an “island feel” I’m sure, looking at the renderings of the final ideas, there will be areas of the island that will still remain an “oasis” but right now, lots of construction. The addition of the dock for the ship is a bonus that’s long overdue.
