Review summary

Food selection was fine for me because I eat almost anything but for my husband there was not a large selection of things that he ate as a non-pork and non-seafood eating person. The 24hour cafe with pizza was a big help with this. Once getting to Cococay Beach the process could have been made clear. We were not aware or told that we would be taking a boat to the island from the ship or that cash was needed to buy any souvenirs on the island. This was an inconvenience to wait 10 minutes to catch a ride to the ship grab money wait for the next boat and return to the island. The activity sheet stated a volleyball and basketball game on the island on courts and I saw neither nor were there signs indicating where. Our overall experience was good with minor discrepancies. There also was a rock climbing wall advertised which I was excited about and there was no rock climb wall on the ship.

Francis was awesome he was attentive and remembered every visit along with our preferences. Quite amazing and greeted us with a smile and was knowledgeable about everything on the menu. Loved you could see the sea from the resturant.

Bed was comfortable. Room was cleaned everyday. Our room attendant/house keeper was Joel Suarez. He was great with getting extra towels to our room in a timely manner and we loved the animals out of towels. He always had a smile and wished us to have a great day/night when we passed in the hall.

They tell you in advance which ports tender, and there is a rock wall. Sorry you missed it.

Announced in compass and nite before about coco cat cash and such, I was at the rock climbing wall twice, food was excellent.. cruising is a lot of hurry up and wait.. also it's not for everyone.. personally I had a blast loved the ship, loved the crew

Sorry you missed it since you were looking forward to it. When all else fails, ask someone.

There was a rock climbing wall. I just got off Enchantment. It was on the top deck and the very back of the ship.

Our menu had Salmon fish of day. Prime Rib chicken. Another day had NY Strip fish pasta then always a soup French onion I had lobster bisque yummy. Plenty of salads and veggies. Even baked potatoes loaded. Only night I didn’t like was seafood pasta with a red sauce but they brought me mushroom risotto omg it was good. Always there to please. I was a bit confused at the “cash or sea pass” card. It sounded as though your sea pass could be used for everything on Coco Cay. Those huts with straw market only cash!! Sea pass used for alcohol. Had a blast

For the future, a lot of times the Main Dining Room will make something that your husband can eat if there's nothing on the menu he likes.

Good to see you had a 4 star cruise. I'm also a picky eater. All ports or land vacations need money to buy things though. Never seen free souvenirs except for sea shells. Lol
