Review summary

I would definitely recommend additional activities for night time. Increase the Karaoke time and make the deck less slippery. The food was great...our Waiter and Waiter in training Abhijit & Iketut were great and Connie in activities was amazing.

The pool area is very slippery and several people had near falls....the flooring in that area needs to be improved. I would also suggest having someone who speaks English without an accent do the announcements as they were very hard to understand.

Cabin was small as expected but served its purpose.

Ship tip

I would not recommend this particular cruise for children...there wasn't many activities for teens. Also Karaoke is too short....twice she was unable to get on the list because so many people were there and they could only take the first 12 people

We are booked for Enchantment in a couple of weeks. What is the cut off time to purchase drink packages online? Also, what’s the price difference online vs on ship?

Thanks for the review you may want to check out one of the freedom class ships or oasis class ships much more to do during the day and evening plenty of places to eat and drink you’ll never be bored on those ships enchantment was my first ship I ever cruised on I was hooked on cruising then I’m going on symphony of the seas this July which will be my ninth cruise I love to cruise
