This was our 1st Royal Caribbean cruise. Won't be our last! Staff was great! I really liked how none of the staff members was pushy. They didn't make you take a picture or make you do anything you didn't want to do.

We enjoyed sitting in hot tub in evening watching Justice League. We also loved the shows. We went to see Love and Marriage, Battle of the Sexes, and The Quest. All 3 shows had us laughing!

Our waiters in My Fair Lady was great! They made sure we had everything we needed.
Our room steward was great! He made sure we had everything we needed and always checked on us when he seen us in the hall.

Our room was nice. Very clean! Our room was bigger then the room we had on Carnival.
Key West was awesome! We went to the Butterfly Conservatory and rode the train. Highly recommend both. Also we got our picture made by the Cuban monument. There was a long line to get your picture made in front of it but worth it!
Very easy!! You go through customs before you get off ship in Key West. If you don't u get charged $5,000 per person!! But it was very quick process. If you have a excursion in Key West u get to go first.
The day you get off ship in Miami was very quick and easy! You just wait for your number to be called unless you carry your own luggage off.
