Embarkation

A little tough to navigate to terminal, But once there very quick and painless boarding, loved the terminal layout how each section flowed very nicely right to the next.

Food and Dining

Overall Loved this ships food and dining area's. They did not have Mac and Cheese for our youngest son, he is a very picky eater, Our waiters manager came over and seen he was upset and asked him what he could do for him, and he went well beyond the call of duty and when to the room service on deck 9 and made him mac and cheese and brought it too him. It was Amazing! I Will be loyal to Royal because of that manager and how much time and effort he put into making a 5 year happy!!!!!!!

Windjammer Cafe

Get there early, very busy, they do need to add some more table space somehow, when they extended the ship they added more rooms, but no more space in the windjammer.

Our Son Loved this being right on the ship! Just wish they would lower the age limit just a little as our younger son does them alot at a resort we are members of.

Shows were ok, wish they would bring a little more well known songs and acts to this class of ship. Loved the belly flop on the pool deck!

Neat entertainment each night, Our Kids even got to partcipate in a Pirate Parade in the Centrum.

Our kids loved the club! Once they went they wanted to go each night after for dinner instead of with us!

Service and Staff

Our waiter in the MDR was amazing! His Manager was AMAZING! Our room steward had the beds ready each day for us the kids even wanted or needed an afternoon nap. Love the Staff of this great ship!

Ship Quality

Common Area were very clean, witnessed the crew steaming the handrails a lot. Couple of small spots of rust on the decks, but to be expected of a ship of this age. Overall very impressed with how they have kept up with her.

Cabin / Stateroom

Overall enjoyed the size of the cabin, We were a family of 4 Two Adults and two kids under 8. Biggest complaint was the noise from the centrum was fairly loud and you could hear people walking on the pool deck right above. If you are a heavy sleeper not a problem. If you are a light sleeper maybe look into another room. But Overall really enjoyed the HUGE Window, the kids would sit and just look out at the ocean and when we were pulling into or out of a port.

Ship tip

If you are a picture person, buy the photo package so you can take them all home!

Loved the History! We did the Snorkel excursion, I personally would not go on it again, VERY Strong current and made it very tough to swim and see the reef. If it were me I would go in Nassau or Coco Cay to snorkel.

Cococay (Cruise Line's Private Island)

Our Favorite Stop! We cannot wait for the dock to be completed! This is one of the biggest reasons we pick any itenerary! Cococay is a little piece of Heaven on earth! Get a Cabana its worth the money.

Disembarkation

Fire alarm went off in the port, waited over an hour longer than anticipated in a standing room only Starlight lounge.

nickbryan we felt the same way about the Enchantment when we cruises on it back in June 2014. It's a beautiful ship and yes the Crew was fantastic.....
