Review summary

Ready to go on the next cruise !!! I am a veteran cruiser; however this was a first for my boyfriend. He was very impressed and welcomes us planning our next. Thank you.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Preparing all documents online prior was a huge savings in time. The security and check in went very smoothly.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The food is always great on a cruise. If you can't find something to eat, something is wrong. The meals in the dining room are presented so tastefully and the buffet was well stocked with more than expected delicious choices.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
I realize is was a short Bahamas cruise, and trying to squeeze in as much activity as possible, but hoping for more games to participate in.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
I truly enjoyed the comedian and magician, but mildly disappointed in the live show. The singers and dancers performed well; however it just wasn't "all that" in my opinion. The cruise director and his enthusiasm made up for anything missed.

Children's Programs

I have no children

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
From dining to stateroom to how awesome the cruise director was........... A+ rating!

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
There was always staff keeping all areas clean and tidy. The design was actually easy to follow and caught on how to navigate around the ship very quickly.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Kept very clean, and our stateroom attendant was very accommodating; however disappointed in the size. I had to keep in mind Enchantment was one of the older ships before many upgrades, but small and tight quarters.

Ship tip

Even though it provides an all-inclusive much-needed escape vacation, keep in mind it is not one of the newer ships with many more amenities.

Ports of call

Miami, Florida Did not visit port

No time. We flew into Ft. Lauderdale and went directly to the ship.

Cococay (Cruise Line's Private Island)

5 out of 5
Beautiful. Beach was awesome. Nice to be private and not overwhelmed with other beach-goers. The lunch provided from Royal was unbelievable. The chefs and kitchen staff go above and beyond.

Nassau, Bahamas

5 out of 5
We had Day Passes to Paradise Island (Atlantis). It was an excursion I would recommend to everyone. Beautiful hotel and casino, and I could watch for hours enjoying the tranquility that the large underground aquarium gave you. We hated to leave the water park...... top notch. We climbed the Mayan ruin to the slides, and didn't want to get off the lazy/rapid river. Lunch was delicious and plentiful.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Smooth process. We carried our own luggage off so we disembarked before others. Outside of being prepared to stand in long lines, it actually moved along acceptably.
