Review summary
From the moment we were in our cabin, we had issues. There was a roach in our cabin, I'm highly allergic to them; have to use an epi-pen. They took care of the roach. We had champagne chocolate covered strawberries ordered for our cabin which of course we couldn't finish because we didn't know if the roach had been there. Then when they tried to fix it by bringing us a new plate with them, it wasn't the right Champlain or the same amount of steawverries. Them they tried to give us a bottle of wine, which tastes like vinegar! It was terrible! We took it to dinner and they exchanged it. However, we had the worse waitress that we could have for dinner time. She oviously didn't want us there. We had to change to another section because of it. I would not recommend this ship to anyone! The sheets in our beds were not changed just placed back. We didn't even had tisues in our bathrooms! Royal Carebean is our personal cruise line, we have been impress every time except this time. Maybe the larger ships like the Oasis have spoiled us!

Ship tip
If you have sailed on the Oasis or the Allure - Don't sail on the Enchantement of the Seas. It doesn't have the same quality as the Oasis or the Allure.
