Review summary

I have been in many cruises in the last 5 years, in several cruise lines, but this, Royal Caribbean "Enchantment of the Seas" by far is the worst. First, costumer service is mediocre, second, the food is not that good and third, entertainment does not exist, zero, none at all.. I am very disappointed that I am considering not doing cruises anymore, instead, i am going by plane and rent a room in any place. Bad, bad..

Been on 10 RC cruises with 11,12 and 13 booked and have never had a complaint. Some people are just hard to please. Remember, a bad day on vacation is still better than a good day at work!

I have been on the Enchantment twice in the past year and a half. Food was always great, service was fantastic and the ship was usually pretty clean. There are shows and games almost every night. The Parade of Flags is always a fun one to watch and participate in. Drinks are good and Dr G was an excellent bartender!

OMG my cruise is in 32 days my first cruise ever. I really hope that it impresses my husband and I...I boasted so much about how great cruises are and how much fun they are.

This was the first ship I cruised on. I loved it! We stayed busy enjoying all the shows and the trivia games, the piano bar, people watching, etc...so many things to do. The service was incredible! Our MDR servers were impressive. We opted to sit at the same table each night and by the 3rd night they would have a cheese plate and bread waiting on us. The food was wonderful. Our cabin steward was wonderful with help for any question or need we had. The R bar bartender also great! I only wanted to cruise this ship again...I was hooked on cruising after that. My next 2 cruises on other ships didn't live up to the great time I had on the Enchantment but were still good. Don't let reviews like this disappoint you. Most folks with so little detail are just trying to lash out. Chances are they didn't have a good attitude to begin with. I hope djmomee has a wonderful honeymoon (congrats!) and paulpolo keep your optimism as it will be a phenomenal vacation! Happy Cruising!

I love the Enchantment. Yes, she is an older ship, and not as exciting as the larger mega ships. However, there is plenty of things to do for such a short cruise. I've been on her twice, with the last being in November. My family and I had loads of fun, and I would sail her again.

I went on this ship last June! The food was awesome and even for a older ship it was great! It may have been my first cruise but the people were great and it was always fun!

I was just on the Enchantment in february. a quick 4 day getaway. While it isn't as big and busy as other ships on royal there are certainly things to do. Game shows,bingo,comedians and such. We had a good time

This is not true! There IS entertainment! Maybe not to YOUR liking but there's lots to do on here karaoke, movies, dancing etc.. actually the food is pretty good as well! So those of you that haven't cruised yet don't get discouraged.. Happy sailing and be safe to all..

Me and my wife set sail on April 17th, my opinion is that once someone says negative things about a cruise it's always upsetting to us people that have never been on a cruise. If it were me and I had a bad experience personally I wouldn't share it because I wouldn't want anyone to feel negative because it was my experience everyone else on the cruise probably had a good time and just didn't voice an opinion. I just wouldn't say anything negative knowing that so many people plan to have a good time.

this just brought my spirit from 100 to 30. my wife to be and I will be on honeymoon on this cruise in less than 40 days. I pray and hope we have a good experience.

Well that just made me nervous. We cruise in June on Enchantment. Our first cruise. If it was that bad that you might not cruise again, then that's pretty bad. We just going to make it fun as possible.

You are going to have to excuse us scoffers but past cruisers know their is always entertainment. nightly shows, comedians, movies, games, contests, trivia, bingo, etc. So you may have not been able to find any entertainment to satisfy you but surely it did exist and I assume others enjoyed it.
