Review summary

We were affected by Hurricane Mathew and directed too Cozumel for only a few hours.  Not enough time to see the island.  Missed Nassau and Key West.

Never received our on board credits.  After being on board for the entire cruise we had to wait 2 hours in lounge waiting to clear customs due too 3 boats docking at the same time.  We had rooms on deck 7 and they did not go by decks it was a mess.  Bad experiance for first time.  Too many lines.

Very good service in cabin thank goodness we had a place to relax. Too many adds on TV for ship shops. Due to storm we should have not had to pay for WIFI ......

Ship tip

Make sure you don't plan during Hurricane season we really wanted to dock at ports but only went for long boat ride.

You're making comments that has nothing in direct to the ship or the cruise line. Your safety is at first hand because of the weather. Waiting 2 hours to clear customs happens at the end of all cruises.
