Review summary

The room was dirty. Including the last passenger's pubic hairs. They finally cleaned it on the 3rd day. The windows

We asked to dine alone. The waiter brought us to a table and proceeded to sit a nice little old lady at our table before we sat down. I reminded him that we wanted to dine alone. It was a birthday and adversary. The waiter screams out " THEY DON'T WANT TO SHARE!" and made this little old lady move from our table. How uncomfortable and embarrassing for her.

To their credit they did give us a Lobster diner for us on the last day, but our trip was ruined. We invited guests that we paid for as well (family) we always talked up RC to them, they will probably never cruise with RC again. We were so embarrassed. The ship is old. Rust everywhere. Not a good experience.

I never had an issue on enchantment. It was our first cruise so of course it was exciting for us. It's a small ship. We are sailing on escape next year.

Previous passenger's public hair in bathroom for 3 days? I'm not saying you're lying, but this is really, REALLY hard to believe. Besides, did you not use the bathroom yourself for 3 whole days, so that their hair remained there???

That is a tough cruise. I agree that Enchantment is like a 80's Chevrolet Cavalier while the Anthem, Allure and even Freedom are new models right of the lot. I wouldn't say I would never buy a Chevy because of my experience with an old Cavalier. You get what your pay for and I suggest staying away from old ships - regardless of the cruise line.
