Review summary

My favorite part of the cruise were Clinton, Yasir and Manuel as well as the person taking care of our state room. They were great. I cruised many times before, this time I decided to try Royal Caribbean due to the fact that ist is said to be the best. Not impressed. Staff would give different answers to the same question. I brought a complain to a supervisor called Noel, no one ever contacted me back. Juice dispenser were permanently serving water, not juice. I had better experiences with Holland and Noruegian. Following a CS Rep directions, I had to change (meaning to purchase another) air fare from MIA / home : then the cruise allowed people with early flights leave at an earlier time. Very expensive experience, for what we got in exchange
