Review summary

This was a lovely cruise. We have done many many cruises, and sometimes the staff can be short tempered or testy The staff on this ship was cheerful and over the top kind. This is why we picked Royal as our cruise line. Had one too many bad experiences on Carnival, and won't use them anymore. I fully endorse this fun trip!

ALSO, if you get the chance...in the dining room, as for Mary Lou and Karl for your servers...nearly perfect!!! xoxo

very nice

Ship tip

I love the fact that there is an adult only pool and area. I love kids, but sometimes it is wonderful to have a quiet place where you can actually use the pool and hot tub. There is plenty of room for the kids to romp on the pool deck....

We were on the four day cruise last week and totally enjoyed the Enchantment. Clean rooms, great service, awesome food in the dining room. Could not have been better. Our server Genevie was the best we could have had.
