Review summary

The worst experience was the check out process.  At the beginning of our cruise, I gave them a credit card that I wanted all charges to be put on.  When we went to check out, it said we had to wait for customer service to check us out because our account was listed as Cash somehow.  How is this possible if we never gave them any money or even a dollar amount to charge.  So this lead to us waiting on a line for 1 hour and 20 minutes for us to pay our charges in full.  There were only 4 people working to help with this process.  What sense does that make?  This lead to us missing our airport shuttle and barely making our flight.

The room definitely needs some updates, especially the bathroom, there were so many stains that it looked like it needed to be scrubbed down completely.  Also, a lot of the ship looks dated, updates are needed.

The moral of the story... NEVER book an early flight. Things always happen.

We always checking our account evening before departure. Things happened , just give yourself time to sort it out.
