Ask the maître d' at the dining room or guest services when you first board the ship.

Applev, and Cassandra500, do not pay much attention to reviews like this and don't go into your vacation expecting bad things. I had a fantastic time on the ship, a vacation is what you make it!

exactly, RC is our favorite line, each class of shiop has something different to offer...obviously the bigger ones have more. You want to try a nice ship, do Radiance from Honolulu to Vancouver, we did Enchantment 4 years ago to Bermuda from Baltimore. We reach Diamond in January, whohoo

First of all, you can't judge an entire cruise line by one of its oldest ships. You'd be crazy to think everything will be perfect on a ship built in 1997! Royal Caribbean is a great cruise line, and in my opinion, enchantment of the seas is a great ship, sorry your personal experience was bad.. We went a few weeks ago and had a great time, loved the food and entertainment!

for every one person who complains, another couple hundred had the time of their lives, you have to take their opinions with a grain of salt...the line is Royal Caribbean. The ship is older and does short runsd out of Port Canaveral... there's a reason they put the older ships on these runs
