Review summary

The cabin was very comfortable.  The food at the Buffett left a lot to be desired.  However, the main dinning room and specialty dining room food and service was exceptional.  The crew and staff were professional and helpful.  Disembarkation seemed somewhat unorganized.  However, due to high tide, there was only one gang plank available.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

The buffet had a large selection, however the food did not have any flavor. The dining rooms My Fair Lady and Chops Grille, had excellent service and food.

The band Rockport was great. We loved the Casino and Shops.

Service and Staff

Mona, our State Room Attendant was fantastic. Anand and Valentine our servers at My Fair Lady were excellent. Fernando at Chops Grille was superb. We did have a bartender demand a tip on top of prepaid gratuities.

Ship Quality

The Enchantment of the Seas was easy to navigate. There are plenty of signs available.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
The state room was very comfortable and did have a large window. There is space to store your luggage under the bed. There is plenty of closet and drawer space as well.
