The 3 days change was posted at the website a month before you left

In small print the itinerary is subject to change for whatever reason they chose. So whatever itinerary is purchased does not mean a thing.

Notified us properly, we couldn't have gotten a refund without a penalty.

They were supposed to notify us prior of the maintenance but did not. As was case with most people on board I spoke with. I know they skip Coco cay most of the time but at least we can go sail or go elsewhere. But no, it was not because of the weather. It was cosmetic Maintenace that Guest services informed me had been scheduled three months prior. We booked long before that. And even if they had

Sorry to hear about your experience. RC should make good on the itinerary you paid for, were you notified that it was a routine maintenance stop? If my memory serves me correct the Enchantment only stops at Nassau and Coco Cay. Coco Cay is their 'private island' and with weather permitting they do not always stop there. If there are high seas they cannot 'tender' over to the island. There is no port/dock there.

Agree, crew was excellent..

Oh no, it's not about getting what you pay for...he means, we were docked like a floating hotel instead of actually cruising. That was my whole problem. We paid full price for an itinerary we weren't given. And it was 100% factual that it was NOT weather related. And scheduled routine maintenance. We were screwed.

As with most things in life, you get what you pay for. The Enchanment is RC's entry level cruise. Next time try spending a little more money, go on a newer/bigger ship and take a longer cruise. You won't be disappointed. We are going on our 10th Royal Caribbean cruise this October.
