Review summary
Boarding the ship was quick and easy. Ten minutes tops and we were on board. After a quick lunch at the Windjammer we were in our room. I was a little disappointed to see the beds were not set up properly, ours being a Mother/Son trip we required separate beds, however Ramon our cabin steward took care of this when we went to dinner. We dined every night at My Fair Lady. The cuisine was excellent as always. To my delight hey had escargot which was not available on our last cruise. The wait staff was very good but I found myself waiting multiple times for 10 to 15 minutes after completing a course. I got a little annoyed on our last day when the table on either side of us got their dessert menu a good 10 minutes before us and we were done eating as well. This was really the only part of the cruise I was not overly happy with. Our cabin steward regaled us with multiple towel animals which made me smile because without knowing he made an elephant for my birthday which happens to be my favorite animal. At the Windjammer there was a female employee who worked the entrance. She would serenade the customers as they entered and she had a lovely voice...wish I got her name. The entertainment was nice although the farewell show was the same as the one I saw 2 years ago. Still a good show and had a good time. The staff always tries to make it an enjoyable experience for everyone and I have never had a bad cruise. Our disembarkment from the ship went just as smoothly as the boarding. Looking forward to our next trip
