Review summary

I have been on about a dozen cruises in my life. After about a 5 year break from cruising we book a cruise recently. At first we thought the pre-tipping was a convenience. However, the whole cruise experience has changed dramatically since last time I cruised this cruise line. The bartenders were EXCEPTIONALLY slow considering most people had prepaid for their drinks and tips on the bar. They did not seem to be moving with any since of urgency. It was quite a contrast from before when you paid per drink. They used to hustle and provide quick service.
