Review summary
STAFF DID NOT TAKE NAMES OF THOSE WHO ARRIVED AT ASSIGNED WAIT AREA UPON ARRIVAL. WE WERE THERE EARLIER THAN MOST YET WERE THE VERY LAST OFF THE SHIP. THEN THE WHEELCHAIR WAS TAKEN BACK ON SHIP AT THE LUGGAGE TERMINAL AND MY FRIEND (96) HAD TO WALK TO AND WAIT AT IMMIGRATION WHICH WAS SLOW. WE FELT THAT THE STAFF COULD HAVE TAKEN HER RIGHT THROUGH TO IMMIGRATION AND OUT THE DOOR AS OTHER SHIPS HAVE DONE ESPECIALLY SINCE WE WERE THE ABSOLUTE LAST WHEELCHAIR PASSENGER TO LEAVE.
