Review summary
We backed a3day cruise onto a 4 day cruise because it worked with our time allowance . The rep was very helpful and got us the same room for both legs of the trip. That saved moving. We had never taken a cruise from port canaveral and probably will not repeat it because of the long shuttle. Would be great if you lived in Florida like most cruisers did. Unfortunately adding 2short cruises is not the same as a regular 7 day. We enjoyed the vacation, we are firm believers you make your own fun. However we will probably go back to 7 - 14 day cruises. Less of a "party" atmosphere. Met some very nice people , but we tended to stay in the solarium or chairs off deck 5 to avoid the weekend chaos. Lots of kids on a weekend also. Also prefer a slightly larger ship. All in all we still did enjoy ourselves. We have cruised 20 times in the past. We felt RC and Carnival have the best food and entertainment, Princess and RC prettiest ships and NCL's larger ships and Holland nicest room bathrooms.

Ship tip
We preferred the Park Cafe in solarium for a light lunch, at the Buffett in windjammer people are over eaters . Great deserts at Starbucks and the are free! We prefer the dining room for supper and all cruise lines are going to adding freestyle like NCL as an option . Request same table/waiter!
