Review summary

We have een on many cruises and this is perfect for us when we just want a few days to getaway.  We celebrated our 25th Wedding Anniversary.  Our Cabin Steward (Clarence) was just wonderful! We ate only once in the Dining Room (only because we couldn't be seated at a table for 2 any other night in less than 2 hours) and Cinthia was great! (Hint, make you arrangements at the dining room first day)  DO Make the Specialty Restaurant reservations BEFORE you board the ship. They are booked and you will not be able to get one if you wait till you are on the ship (That happened to us). They could really use more than 1 specialty restaurant. The Buffet is pretty good and the service is much better than on some other cruise lines.  The wait staff was always courteous.  Our Room was adequate, quite small, but for a weekend, we could handle it.  As for the very very small shower, I used it as a camp shower. Only turning the water on when I needed to rinse with the hand held shower head, was afraid that water would end up all over the floor. We have taken this cruise twice.  Couldn't speak much about the entertainment, we didn't go to the nightclubs and tried the show the last night and walked out.

The staff through out the entire ship was very pleasant and the ship was clean.  There were a few times that I went into a public restroom that wasn't it's usual clean site.

All and All, I would recommend this for a quick getaway!

We didn't do much, been to Nassau too many times to count. If you don't like to haggle, stay away from the straw market.

Cococay (Cruise Line's Private Island)

Very relaxing! Unfortunately, it was too windy for an umbrella that day, so we cut our day short to get out of the sun. Entertainment on the Island was great!
