Review summary

This was my first cruise, and I had few complaints about the ship or the offerings provided. The ship was comfortable, convenient and attractive. My only complaints about the ship were uneven air conditioning that left some areas too cold, and no attactive quiet space to escape the general nosie and activity (the library is open to the main atrium, and, outdoors, deck 5 is all business).

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Overall, the food was quite good. There was plenty of variety, and even the vegetarians in our group had choices. Of course, you can get something toeat almost 24 hours a day. There are only two restaurants without extra charges, but that was plenty for me, given all the options available at each one.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Impressive variety and quite respectable level of talent over the course of the week.

Service and Staff

Cabin / Stateroom

Being forward on the ship did expose us to some un anticipated noise: anchor dropping (or other docking related sounds), and waves crashing on the hull.
